3. Restrictions

• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the product with third parties
• Removing or altering any copyright notices or branding
• Using the product for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Creating derivative works for commercial distribution
• Sharing license keys or download links

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Tebex. Prices are displayed in the currency specified and include all applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

5. Support

We provide support for our products through Discord and email. Support includes help with installation, configuration, and bug reports. We do not provide support for modifications you make to the products.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the product and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases on our platform. Users between 13-18 years old may browse the site but require parental consent for purchases.

9. Cfx.re and FiveM Compliance

All FiveM resources sold on this platform comply with Cfx.re Terms of Service. By purchasing FiveM resources, you agree to abide by the Cfx.re Terms of Service available at https://fivem.net/terms. Resources are delivered through the Tebex Asset Escrow system, ensuring secure distribution and license protection.

10. Tebex Asset Escrow

Our paid FiveM resources are protected and delivered via the Tebex Asset Escrow system. This system ensures that resources are securely encrypted and can only be used by verified license holders. Attempting to bypass or circumvent the escrow system is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
