This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for products purchased from NoVoid Scripts. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

⚠️ Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods. Please review product descriptions and documentation carefully before purchasing.

3. Eligible for Refund

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Product is significantly different from its description
  • Product has a critical bug that prevents normal use and cannot be fixed
  • Duplicate purchase made in error
  • Technical issues preventing download (not resolved within 7 days)

4. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product was downloaded or accessed
  • Incompatibility with your server setup that is documented in requirements
  • Issues caused by modifications you made to the product
  • Request made more than 14 days after purchase

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via Discord or email
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

6. Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any issues.
