License Agreement

1. Overview

This License Agreement governs your use of products purchased from NoVoid Scripts. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, NoVoid Scripts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product in accordance with the terms specified for your license type.

Regardless of license type, you may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the product files
• Claim the product as your own creation
• Remove copyright notices or credits
• Use the product for illegal purposes
• Transfer your license to another person or entity

5. Ownership

All products remain the intellectual property of NoVoid Scripts and its creators. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying code or assets.

6. Updates

License holders are entitled to free updates for the lifetime of the product. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements. Major new versions may be sold as separate products.

7. License Termination

Your license may be terminated immediately if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy all copies. No refund will be issued for terminated licenses due to violations.

8. Tebex Asset Escrow

All paid FiveM resources are delivered through the Tebex Asset Escrow system. This ensures secure distribution and protects both buyers and sellers. Your license is verified automatically through the Cfx.re keymaster system.

9. Cfx.re Compliance

All resources sold on this platform are compliant with Cfx.re Terms of Service. The use of our resources must comply with FiveM server rules and Cfx.re platform guidelines. Violations of Cfx.re ToS may result in license termination without refund.
